My husband & I couldn’t be happier with the professional & quality service we received from our entire Jet Renovation crew on work we contracted with them to complete on our newly purchased historic 1890 brownstone townhome in Dupont Circle. Our project was extensive: a full replacement of the original slate shingles on our round turret and flat mansard roof; replacement of all copper gutters, downspouts and finial; as well as a full exterior prep and paint job of sheet metal cornice, wood trim and brick. The result of their hard work is stunning; truly returning our newly purchased historical home to its original glory! Each day the crew was courteous and respectful in keeping the interior of our home clean as they entered through the attic to do roof work, and if any delays or issues arose, they communicated transparently with us. They listened to our ideas and concerns along the way, and followed through on everything we asked for. Jet did such an amazing job that our neighbors hired, them as well. Jet renovation put on a new roof for me. They also resided my house with Hardi plank. They were on time. They were there every day until it was completed and cleaned up each evening. They made sure everything was how I wanted it before they were done.

Jet Renovation - no need to look any further! They came out right away and gave me an estimate for the replacement of a piece of fascia that had blown off due to high winds. 2 other companies didn't even respond and another one priced the job at double the cost that Jet gave. Jet had the best price, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Adan, was courteous, thorough and even cleaned the gutter over my garage that was totally clogged. We hired Jet Renovation to renovate a bathroom, primarily to remove the tub and install a walk-in shower. JR did a beautiful job. Our bathroom is gorgeous. Not only were the workers courteous of our apartment's surroundings and to us, but they were also meticulous and thoughtful about the myriad decisions that had to be made, from selecting type of tile and colors, etc. I am pleased to recommend JR wholeheartedly.

I had damage from last winter storm and the siding on my deck was damaged from a gazebo that broke down. Jet repaired my siding and matched it to the old one that is 20 years old. Just for that was amazing.

Let me put it this way. Out of dozens of subcontractors that worked on our property during a recent $4M renovation, Jet Renovation is the only one I have kept using by choice. Alex Golonovskiy is a thoughtful, innovative problem solver who believes in quality work and who runs a tight ship with high crew morale. He has attracted some great people, and I've been pleased to work with him -- now, even for personal jobs as well as jobs related to my work.

I am impressed with the quality of service. My entire roof was replaced within a few houses. They were very professional. I definitely recommend them.

A portion of the roof on my house was damaged as a result of strong wind. The team was professional, courteous and efficientent. They did not rush through the job but rather took the time go over the project to make sure that nothing was left undone. I used Jet Renovations to replace my roof, gutters and shutters. Everything went seamlessly from the estimate to completion of the work. The estimate was competitive ans the product guided my final decision tonuse this company. I was kept informed about progress of my project and any changes in the schedule. The work area was kept clean and they did not impact the tenants during the time they were at the site. The company proved very accommodating and worked with my schedule regarding picking up and dropping off payments. I highly recommend them. This was an excellent experience.

They were going to charge $3,000 for the metal replacement when I got it for a 1/3 of the cost from Jet. The material was delivered a day before the work so on the day the roof was to be completely replaced, everything was set up for the workers. They arrived on time at 7 AM and was done with my roof and clean up 11:30. I also got a solar fan installed to try to keep my crawl space cool in the summer. I'll see how that works. The next day the workers arrived early to replace the metal piece and three pieces of siding. All work was done professionally. There was always someone available to answer my questions whenever I called. I would highly recommend this company.

Even though Alonzo didn't have to, he covered the expense of the repair since they did not arrive the previous day. Alonzo was very responsive and professional. If the need arrives id be happy to work with him again.

I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, the price was great and the work was awesome!! Some of my siding blew off the side of my townhouse due to all the winds we'be had. I had a couple estimates for replacing all of the sidimg which was not in my budget. So, Alonzo offered from where the siding blew off up to the very top, taking the siding off, placing house wrap there because it was missing and putting the siding back onto the house. When I tell you, you can't tell where the siding blew off of my house!! His team did an awesome job!! Jet renovations also replaced my ACV rake board. It looks amazing! The quality of work, the pricing along with great customer is why I gave 5 stars!!

five years ago, Had a flap open on the roof of my townhouse. Called jet Renovation and it was repaired in a matter of minute. several neighbors also did theirs. We were all satisfied with the price and workmanship. i have had them replace flashing on gutters, roof shingles blown off in bad storms, and roof inspection. Alex and his team did an amazing job in helping us replace a piece of our siding that had blown off and was letting water leak into our condo building! I had a very positive experience with Jet. Of the 3 roofers who gave me estimates, Jet was the only one to suggest that the damage might be covered by my insurance policy-- I would not have thought of that, but sure enough, insurance paid for my new roof! ... And Jet's was the best price of the 3. Jet people were punctual, cordial and efficient and my husband, who works in construction, says the new roof is great.
